Spectrum Coaching is Victoria’s first personal training service specifically designed for individuals with ADHD and ASD. We provide fitness coaching, executive function support, and movement therapy to help neurodivergent individuals improve focus, consistency, and overall well-being through structured yet adaptable workout programs.
2. How is this different from traditional personal training?
Unlike standard personal training, Spectrum Coaching focuses on ADHD- and ASD-friendly fitness strategies, including:

3. Do you only work with people who have ADHD or ASD?
Yes. This is our focus and base of experience and expertise.
4. What types of training do you offer?
We offer:
- 1-on-1 personal training (in-person & online)
- Group training sessions for those who prefer a community setting
- Online coaching for remote clients
- Executive function coaching to help build consistency and structure in fitness and life
5. Where do in-person sessions take place?
Our in-person training is available at various locations thought out greater Victoria, BC.
6. How much does it cost?
Our standard rate is $100 per hour. We also offer a sliding scale discount based on income:
- 10% off for individuals earning under $50,000/year
- 20% off for individuals earning under $30,000/year
7. Do you offer online coaching?
Yes! We provide virtual coaching options for clients who prefer to train from home or live outside Victoria or have conditions which make online coaching a better fit for them.

11. Can I book just one session, or do I need a package?
You can book single sessions or packages based on your needs. We also offer discounts on multi-session packages for those looking to commit to a structured program.
12. What should I expect in my first session?
Your first session will be focused on:
- Assessing your fitness level and movement patterns
- Understanding your executive function challenges & goals
- Creating a plan that fits your brain & body
- Starting with simple, achievable workouts
13. What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
We understand that things happen, especially with ADHD & ASD clients. We offer flexible rescheduling policies—just make sure you give us at least 24 hours’ notice when possible.
14. Do I need any prior fitness experience?
No! Spectrum Coaching is designed for all levels, from total beginners to experienced athletes looking for a neurodivergent-friendly training approach.
15. How do I pay for sessions?
We accept credit, cash and e-transfers. Payment is due at the time of booking.
