I’m a certified personal trainer, yoga therapist, and neurodivergent coach with over 20 years of yoga experience and 10 years as a personal trainer. As someone with ADHD, I understand firsthand how traditional fitness programs often fail neurodivergent individuals. That’s why I’ve dedicated my career to creating training and health programs specifically designed for ADHD and ASD individuals, helping them seriously reduce executive function challenges, improve focus, and build sustainable fitness routines that actually work for their brains.

Through a unique blend of strength training, movement therapy, and executive function coaching, I help clients develop structured yet adaptable fitness strategies that support mental clarity, emotional regulation, and long-term health. My approach isn’t about forcing discipline—it’s about working with your brain, not against it.
