1. What is Spectrum Coaching?
Spectrum Coaching is Vancovuer’s first coaching service designed exclusively for individuals with ADHD and ASD. We offer two specialized programs:

Spectrum Fitness Coaching – Personal training and movement therapy designed for neurodivergent bodies and minds.

Spectrum Life Coaching – Executive function and mindset coaching focused on organization, focus, motivation, and emotional balance.
Both services are built around structure, adaptability, and compassion—helping you reach your goals without burnout.
2. How is Spectrum Fitness Coaching different from regular personal training?
Unlike standard personal training, Spectrum Fitness Coaching is designed for neurodivergent individuals who need flexibility, patience, and an understanding of how ADHD and ASD impact motivation and focus.
Our approach includes:

Sessions may include:

This coaching focuses on helping you function confidently in daily life, relationships, and work.
4. Who do you work with?
We work exclusively with adults and teens who identify with ADHD, ASD, or related neurodivergent traits.
Our coaches have lived experience and training in working with attention, sensory, and emotional regulation differences.
5. Where do sessions take place?
In-person sessions for Spectrum Fitness Coaching/Spectrum Life Coaching are available throughout Greater Vancouver, BC. As well sessions are available virtually via Zoom anywhere worldwide.
6. How much does it cost?
Our standard rate is $100 per hour for both fitness and life coaching.
We also offer a sliding scale based on annual income:

10% off for individuals earning under $50,000/year

20% off for individuals earning under $30,000/year
All sessions include customized plans and ongoing accountability support.
7. Do you offer online coaching?
Yes. Both Spectrum Fitness Coaching and Spectrum Life Coaching are available online.
This option works well for clients who:

Prefer training from home

Live outside Victoria

Find in-person sessions overstimulating

Want flexible scheduling or consistent remote support

11. Can I book one session or do I need a package?
You can book single sessions or multi-session packages.
Many clients start with a single session to see how it feels, then move into structured weekly or biweekly programs.
Discounts are available for 5- and 10-session packages.
12. What should I expect in my first session?
Your first session focuses on understanding you.
Depending on the program, it includes:
Fitness Coaching:

13. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand that neurodivergent schedules can shift.
You can reschedule at no charge with 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations are handled with flexibility when possible.
14. Do I need prior experience?
Not at all. I heard your fucking mind. Both fitness and life coaching programs are beginner-friendly and adapt to your level, goals, and comfort.
15. How do I pay for sessions?
Payment is due at prior to booking. We accept credit cards, e-transfers, and cash.
Receipts are provided for insurance or wellness reimbursement where applicable.
